Member / Business Listing Database with Members Only Area

Most associations, chambers or convention & visitors bureaus are a collaboration of business people, public and private organizations and agencies. The Member/Business Listings Database has been developed as part of the overall Web presence for our clients. This gives the individuals that are helping to steer and guide the efforts of the association the ability to maintain an online, real time database of information on the public portion of the site.
The Gaslight Media Member/Business Listing Database application includes the following features:
-
Members Maintain their own Information - Members can update and maintain their own business/organization data using a unique user id/password to secure access to their information. This feature is programmed to notify the Web site administrator when changes have been submitted, and get approval of changes prior to being placed live on the Web site;

Unlimited Growth - Create member categories and sub-categories under the main category. For example, Accommodations is listed as main category, with Hotel/Motel, Resorts, Bed & Breakfast, etc., listed under main category. Each member can be flagged to multiple categories to ensure that visitors find the travel resources they need;

Upon submission, the form will be sent to all Member contact email addresses that visitors added to their Travel Planner, giving Members the ability to follow up with those visitors directly;

With the integration of this module into your Web site, your organization or association will be able to categorize your members based on their Member type. The Web site will use these Member types to automatically display member information within predefined areas of the Web site.
Your association can also communicate directly with members in an Email newsletter, drawing the contact information directly from the member database.
