Co-Location Services

Co-location is the least expensive and most reliable way to deliver data and connectivity services to your employees or customers. By placing your equipment in Gaslight Media's Co-Location Facility, you eliminate the need for expensive leased line circuits, routers and associated equipment and therefore improve the performance, reliability and cost of the services you deliver.

When you place your Server, router or dial-in pool in our Co-Location facility, you're assuring it the best connectivity available in Northern Michigan. Just as important, our environmental controls and uninterruptible power systems ensure maximum availability for your services. Available backup services further guard your systems against data loss or corruption and active monitoring, reporting and paging can notify you immediately in the event of problems with your equipment. Also, you'll have 24-hour access to your equipment and all necessary facilities are provided should your work require a lengthy visit.

  • Internet connectivity available in limited or burstable bandwidths up to 45Mb.
  • 10/100 Mb Half or Full duplex Ethernet connection to our core routers.

  • Ameritech fiber terminal on site ensures Telco service availability for your outgoing dedicated connections and dial-in services.
  • Individual IP addresses or netblocks available for your systems and customers.

  • DNS authority and resolver, email, custom programming and consulting services available.
  • Supply your own equipment or we can install and configure systems to your specification.
